We also export our cloth to Europe and more than 20 countries in the world (USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East,Russia …).
Our natural or synthetic fibers meet all the cheese maker requirements whatever manufacturing process they have. We manufacture tailor-made or made to measure cloth with different tailoring.
The uses are very diverse: filtration, drainage, pressing… We make cloth for all types of draining, pressing, filtering, and for all types of cheese product over the world.
We make cloth for molds, mechanized and non-mechanized filter press cloths, drip bags, filter press cloths for solid / liquid separators up to 5 microns.
Our products are for pressed cooked cheeses, uncooked cheeses, soft cheeses, goat cheeses, and fresh cheeses.
Our fully integrated manufacturing process allows great flexibility and responsiveness that are the strengths of our company.
Our production capacity allows us to produce fabrics with different thread-counts, made out of natural fibers such as linen, cotton, ramie, jute…etc… as well as synthetic fibers (polyamide, polyester, nylon, polypropylene…etc) in different weights from 20g/m2 to 540g/m2, to different micron-rating from 5 microns per cloth with 4 threads up to 4 threads per cm.
All our cheese cloths are delivered with a certification of conformity and is compliant with regulations on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. It is obtained through independent laboratories.
